Evaluations & Psychotherapy 

Dr. Fenton provides neuropsychological and psychological evaluation services to teens (age 16) through elder age. He provides academic, accommodation, and giftedness evaluations as well as medical-legal, capacity, and fitness for duty evaluations. Dr. Fenton also provides individual, couples, and family therapy services.

Dr. Fenton is a concierge provider. All services are available within the client's home, in Dr. Fenton's office, or virtually. 

Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation

Includes evaluation of intelligence, executive functioning, attention and concentration, motor skill development, visuoperception, language, learning, and memory. Each evaluation additionally includes a comprehensive psychological evaluation, focused on assessing mental health, emotional functioning, and personality development.

Giftedness Evaluation

The evaluation process helps the individual to recognize the range of cognitive, behavioral, physical, and psychological exceptionalities and provides recommendations for any accommodations and modifications needed.

Medical-Legal, Capacity &, Fitness For Duty Evaluation

Medical-Legal: Comprehensive evaluation regarding the relationship between neurocognitive dysfunction, neuropathology, and the behavioral and/or cognitive issues related to legal proceedings. Price sheet available upon inquiry.

Capacity: Cognitive and psychological evaluation regarding the individual's ability to understand and appreciate information, as well as form rational decisions. 

Fitness For Duty: Cognitive and/or psychological evaluation used to determine whether an employee is fit (physically, mentally or emotionally) to perform the essential functions of their job.

Academic & Accommodations Evaluation

Designed to identify an individual's cognitive strengths and weaknesses, evaluate their achievement level, identify possible learning disabilities, and make recommendations, as needed, for academic supports and accommodations that will allow the individual to succeed to the best of their ability.

Psychotherapy 

Psychotherapy is provided to individuals, couples, and families with specialization in understanding the complexity of interactions between medical illness and psychological symptoms/conditions such as, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. Psychotherapy is provided from a trauma-informed and relational perspective, promoting recovery narratives as ways to empower and build self-efficacy.  

Psychological Evaluation 

Designed to evaluate an individual's personality, emotional or psychological state, as well as to diagnose and help treat psychiatric conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder).
