TELL ME ABOUT THE COST OF AN EVALUATION

•Evaluations range in cost. Typically, we require a credit card on file and charge half of the total fee at the time of appointment, and the other half when the written report is completed. We also accept cash and check.

•Dr. Fenton does not take insurance. However, he can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance.

•To find out what percentage your insurance will reimburse with a superbill, please call your insurance company directly and ask “what is the out of network reimbursement percentage for neuropsychological assessment?”

•Medical-Legal evaluation is different pricing. Price sheet available upon inquiry.

TELL ME ABOUT THE EVALUATION PROCESS

•When the client arrives at the clinic, they will spend approximately one hour discussing the reason for evaluation, as well as personal history.

•Dr. Fenton will then spend 3 - 5 hours administering a carefully selected and individually tailored battery of neurocognitive and psychiatric measures.

•Following evaluation, Dr. Fenton provides preliminary feedback and immediate data interpretation. It is strongly encouraged that our clients schedule a feedback session where we can discuss with them in detail, the data, diagnoses, recommendations, treatment planning, and "next-steps."

•Dr. Fenton generates the neuropsychological evaluation in approximately four business days, sometimes less.

DOES DR. FENTON TAKE INSURANCE?

•Dr. Fenton does not contract with insurance. If your plan allows you to work with Out-of-Network providers, then you may request a super bill from Dr. Fenton and submit it to insurance for reimbursement. (Note: we cannot guarantee reimbursement eligibility. Please contact your insurance company for further details.)

•Since you won’t be using insurance, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much you should expect to pay for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

•You can request Dr. Fenton to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your first session or evaluation.

•Dr. Fenton works with individuals from ages 16 - elder years.

•He works with individuals, couples, and families.

•Each psychotherapy session typically lasts for 60 minutes.

•Each psychotherapy session costs $250.00.

WHERE DOES DR. FENTON PRACTICE?

•Dr. Fenton's primary practice is at The Center for Connection at 3030 East Colorado. Pasadena, CA 91107.

•Dr. Fenton's secondary practice is at Beverly Hills Neurology at 415 N Crescent Dr #300, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

•Dr. Fenton also provides concierge services in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Los Angeles.

•Dr. Fenton is able to provide most services in the client's home, treatment facility, and virtually.

•Dr. Fenton also has hospital privledges at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and works as a per diem Neuropsychologist at Cedars Sinai Medical Center/California Rehabilitation Institute in Los Angeles.

•Dr. Fenton is licensed in Nevada and provides telehealth services in Nevada.
